Math and Science Night

Our Math and Science Night was great fun! Ms. Hayes had fun math games set up in her classroom and we had science activities set up in our classroom. It was fun to show our parents what we have been learning in both subjects and our parents had fun learning too.

Classroom Store

Our Classroom Store continues to be a big hit. The children made their own good or service and then priced it. They had a regular price and a sale price and the customer could choose which price. We practiced our coin counting skills and enjoyed being entrepreneurs.

Patterns Inside!

We made patterns of all sorts with our math manipulatives in the classroom. They are amazing! Can you guess the patternS? One pattern has a message in it.

More Patterns Inside!

Patterns Outside!

We went searching for patterns outside in the courtyard. We realized that PATTERNS ARE EVERYWHERE!

BINGO in the Library

Ms. Blaine helped us test our non-fiction feature knowledge with a fun game of BINGO. Since we were in the library, we did a silent cheer when we got BINGO!

Mystery Reader

Our Mystery Reader read to us in both English and Spanish--muy bien!
